Pelipper

Pelipper is a Water and Flying-type Pokémon in Pokopia. You'll see it most reliably when Windy flower bed and Elevated yellow tall grass habitats are in place, with visits clustering around dawn, daytime, and dusk and sunny, cloudy, and rainy conditions.

Pelipper is rated Rare. Rare rarity rewards a dedicated habitat and patient repeats. Even with the right materials in place, visits cluster around specific time-of-day and weather windows, so plan the in-game day around them.

To keep Pelipper returning, lean into the Water and Fly specialty when laying out the habitat — Pokémon in Pokopia respond to matching gameplay loops more than to raw decor count.
