PokopiaMap is an independent fan-made reference site and toolset. It is not affiliated with Nintendo or The Pokemon Company.

Gameplay data, guides, account-based cross-device sync, and generators are provided on an as-is basis and may change as the game or the site evolves.

Language, theme, collection progress, favorites, and map marker preferences are stored locally in your browser unless you remove them.

When you sign in, the same data may be synced to your PokopiaMap account so it follows you across devices. You remain responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for the content you choose to associate with your account.

Collection share cards can still be generated from data already in your browser; if you save, share, or send such a card you are responsible for the information you transmit to another device, app, or person.

Some PokopiaMap features allow account-based participation through account-related pages, including user profiles, island listings, individual Cloud Island detail pages, comments, photos, likes, reports, and similar submissions.

You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the rights needed to post it. Do not upload or share content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, malicious, or primarily created to manipulate ads, ranking signals, or other platform metrics.

We may review, limit, hide, remove, or report accounts or user content when necessary to enforce these terms, comply with law, respond to complaints, protect users, or meet advertising and platform policy requirements.

PokopiaMap may show advertising or load measurement, security, hosting, and analytics services provided by third parties such as Google, Microsoft, and Cloudflare.

You agree not to click ads fraudulently, encourage others to click ads, interfere with ad delivery or measurement, or use the site in a way that could create invalid traffic.

Advertising placements are intended to remain separate from navigation, game tools, and page content. We do not place ads on screens with no publisher content or require users to click ads to continue using the site.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control their websites, policies, or independent processing activities.

Do not abuse, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the site or its availability.

We aim for accuracy, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, PokopiaMap is not liable for losses arising from reliance on site content or tools.
