Steps

1. Choose the doll for the legendary you are chasing, then talk to Drifloon to start the Dream Island visit.
2. Once you arrive, check the island before rushing back. Dream Island trips can still pay off through materials and pickups even when the legendary does not appear.
3. Search open paths, cave corners, and breakable spots before leaving. Clear the obvious route first, then decide whether the run is worth extending.
4. If your target legendary appears, speak to it before leaving so it can return with you and be assigned a home.
5. If the target is missing, treat the run as a resource sweep and repeat the doll route on a later visit.

Tips

• Do not treat the doll as a guaranteed spawn. It points the visit in the right direction, but the encounter still depends on that island run.
• Bring more than one goal into each visit: one legendary target, plus any materials or collectibles you would be happy to pick up on the way.
• Clear the route before ending the trip. Once you leave, missed pickups are usually harder to recover than the time saved by rushing.
• Keep the loop simple: target check first, resource sweep second, then reset your inventory before the next Dream Island attempt.

Steps

1. Break glowing ground spots with Rock Smash while exploring. A Mysterious Slate can drop from those spots, but it is not guaranteed.
2. Use the Dowsing Machine with a Search Specialty Pokemon when you want to uncover hidden treasure spots instead of only checking the visible ones.
3. Keep a simple checklist of the slate symbols you already have. The goal is 27 different Mysterious Slates, so duplicates do not move the mural forward.
4. After collecting the full set, go to The Mysterious Mural in Withered Wasteland. The map marks it underground, behind rocks you can smash through.
5. Place the slates by matching their symbols to the mural, then inspect the finished wall to start the Mew encounter.

Tips

• Do not farm a single visible spot and expect fast progress. Slate hunting works better as a full-map sweep across every glowing spot you can reach.
• Use Dowsing after clearing the obvious spots. It helps turn empty-looking areas into extra checks without changing the random drop result.
• Treat non-slate rewards as part of the run. Relics, CDs, fossils, and rare materials come from the same search loop, so the time is not wasted.
• Before placing a slate, compare the symbol with the mural space. If one looks wrong, pick it back up and match the shape again.
