Blastoise is a Water-type Pokémon in Pokopia. You'll see it most reliably when Floating in the shade and Hydrated tall grass habitats are in place, with visits clustering around all day and sunny, cloudy, and rainy conditions.

Blastoise is rated Very Rare. Very Rare is the toughest tier in Pokopia — needs a fully optimised habitat plus the matching weather and time-of-day window. Most players save these encounters for after the easier tiers are cleared.

To keep Blastoise returning, lean into the Water and Trade specialty when laying out the habitat — Pokémon in Pokopia respond to matching gameplay loops more than to raw decor count.
