Gengar

Gengar is a Ghost and Poison-type Pokémon in Pokopia. You'll see it most reliably when Surprise in store habitat is in place, with visits clustering around nighttime and sunny, cloudy, and rainy conditions.

Gengar is rated Rare. Rare rarity rewards a dedicated habitat and patient repeats. Even with the right materials in place, visits cluster around specific time-of-day and weather windows, so plan the in-game day around them.

To keep Gengar returning, lean into the Gather and Trade specialty when laying out the habitat — Pokémon in Pokopia respond to matching gameplay loops more than to raw decor count. Gengar is the evolved form of Haunter in the wider Pokémon series. Pokopia does not include an evolve action, so attracting Gengar means matching its own habitat conditions on this page — Haunter stays a separate dex entry with its own attraction route.
