Golbat

Golbat is a Poison and Flying-type Pokémon in Pokopia. You'll see it most reliably when Tree-shaded yellow tall grass habitat is in place, with visits clustering around nighttime and sunny, cloudy, and rainy conditions.

Golbat is rated Rare. Rare rarity rewards a dedicated habitat and patient repeats. Even with the right materials in place, visits cluster around specific time-of-day and weather windows, so plan the in-game day around them.
