Mime Jr. is rated Common. Common is the friendliest rarity tier — once the right habitat is placed and the time/weather window is open, these visits land reliably, often on the same in-game day.

To keep Mime Jr. returning, lean into the Gather specialty when laying out the habitat — Pokémon in Pokopia respond to matching gameplay loops more than to raw decor count.
