Raising humidity on Cloud Island is key to attracting Water-type Pokémon and unlocking certain quests, including the Onix rescue mission.

How to Raise Humidity
Method 1: Water Plants
- Use a Pokémon with the Water specialty on planted crops
- Each watering session raises local humidity by 1 point
- Water Pokémon: Squirtle, Psyduck, Poliwag
Method 2: Open Blocked Streams
- Find dried-up or blocked stream channels
- Clear obstacles using Dig or Smash Pokémon
- Opening a stream permanently raises area humidity by 3 points
Method 3: Horsea Fountain
- Craft: Stone × 4, Iron Bar × 1
- Place near your habitat area
- Raises humidity by 2 points per placement
Method 4: Yawn Up A Storm Quest
- Complete the main story quest "Yawn Up A Storm"
- Unlocks a permanent weather charm that keeps humidity at level 5
- Required to rescue Onix
